About Overlooked and Sidelined
Our sister organization, CWI Labs, and our media partners at WorkingNation developed Overlooked and Sidelined to explore the stories and experiences of older workers at the intersection of age, race, and gender. Through a combination of in-depth reporting, personal narratives, and expert analysis, Overlooked and Sidelined uncovers the systemic barriers that prevent many older workers, especially women of color, from achieving their full potential. The magazine also introduces the solutions that CWI Labs and the American Workforce Coalition are pursuing to advance the workforce aspirations of older adults.
