Like the rest of the country, Maryland job-seekers are returning to a world of work with fewer employers, increased competition, and a need for different skills. Our community members most impacted by the intersection of COVID-19 include older Black, Hispanic, and Asian workers, who often have access to the fewest resources to meet these challenges.
